So, I was sitting on the porch at the Forbus General Store and mentioned to a guy who wanted to talk about the economy that what this area needs is a few more bars. He said, "Oh, there is one five miles up that road over there". So, we went and had a cold beer there. This bar is 50 feet from the Kentucky state line and appears to the only bar for miles.

A small bar out in the middle of nowhere. Nice people though who loved to talk. Get up and visit them when you get a chance. Going up Highway 127 you come to Forbus General Store, turn right on Caney Creek Road and go five mile.
