The Crescent City Brewhouse is a 17-barrel state-of-the-art brewery, whichincorporates Old World values and modern technology. World-class beeris brewed in small quantities according to the Bavarian Purity Law of1516 from four natural ingredients: water, malt, hops and yeast. Nostabilizers or chemicals are used. Copper-colored, mediumstrong and full of flavor. Our Brewmaster's signature beer, brewed inthe Viennese tradition.BLACKFOREST: A full-bodied mahogany beer, with a rich, malty texture. Darkand rich, reminiscent of the Munich style of brewing.WEISS BEER: Golden unfiltered "wheat" beer.
